All orders are shipped from Spain. Every artwork is thoroughly checked and well-packaged before dispatch. Generally, orders will be shipped within 1 - 2 weeks. Should you have a time-sensitive request, you can send an email at hola@nuriariera.com and we will do our best to meet it.

• The full price of the painting must be received before the painting is dispatched. 
• You will receive a confirmation email upon dispatch of the painting.

Please note that shipments outside the European Union might take longer due to customs. Once the package is handed to the courier, you will receive the tracking code to follow your order. We recommend that you track your package carefully. In the event that you have not received your package, please contact us at hola@nuriariera.com .

All the artworks are shipped with a bespoke packaging to protect the piece of art and ensure safe arrival. The certificate of authenticity is also placed inside the box. Please take care when opening and unpacking.

Yes, shipping costs are on us, regardless of where the artwork is traveling to! You will be informed of any shipping restrictions for your address. International orders may have customs duties based on your destination. If your address is in the European Union, there are no duties. For other countries, you are responsible for paying the duty tax, which is in addition to the artwork price.

VAT only applies for shipments within the EU and is charged at the Spanish rate of 10%, it is included in the price. If you are purchasing art for a VAT registered business, please contact Núria for a VAT exempt.

Yes, shipping is available worldwide! In case there are any shipping restrictions on your address, you will be informed. Wherever you live in the world, you can buy artwork by Núria Riera and it will be shipped to you.
