By placing an order on this Site, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full: 

Artworks

  • All artworks are described as accurately as possible, including title, technique, and dimensions. Colors may vary slightly from the images shown due to display settings.

  • Each artwork is unique and one-of-a-kind.

  • Availability is subject to stock. Notice they are original artworks, therefore, there is only one unit of each piece.

Prices and taxes

  • All prices are displayed in euros and include Spanish VAT (IVA).

  • For orders shipped outside the EU, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, customs fees, or local taxes not included in the purchase price.

Fiscal ID for invoicing

Fiscal ID information is mandatory for the following cases:

  • Orders above 3.000€.

  • Orders sent to Spain or Italy above 400€.

  • Orders sent to Portugal above 100€.

  • Orders sent to Malaysia and Thailand.

Payment

  • Accepted payment methods: card, PayPal, iDEAL | Wero, Klarna, SEPA Direct Debit as configured in SQUARESPACE PAYMENTS.

  • Payment is processed securely through SQUARESPACE PAYMENTS. Núria does not store your card details.

  • Orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full.

Shipping

  • Estimated delivery times: 5–10 business days domestic (Spain) / 10–15 business days international.

  • Shipping costs are free worldwide.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery, except as provided by applicable consumer law.

  • Shipments require a signature, insurance is included for high-value pieces over 400 euros.

  • Import duties or local taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the prices shown. The courier will contact you directly to arrange payment before delivery.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Under EU and Spanish consumer law, private consumers within the EU generally have 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, and to request a refund. 

  • The customer must inform us of their decision to withdraw within 14 days, by email at hola@nuriariera.com

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.

  • Returned artworks must be shipped with adequate protective packaging and insurance, as the customer may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature of the goods.

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.

Legal guarantee of conformity

Consumers in the EU are entitled to the legal guarantee of conformity for goods that are faulty or not as described, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. 

Intellectual property

  • All the material within this site nuriariera.com: including the artworks, photography, drawings, texts, logos, descriptions, design, etc. is the property of Nuria Riera Sagales and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site, in whole or in part, without prior written consent.

  • Purchasing an artwork transfers ownership of the physical piece only. It does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, or any intellectual property in the work, unless expressly agreed in writing.

Liability

  • Núria is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond her reasonable control (customs delays, courier issues, force majeure).

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so under Spanish or EU law.

Data protection

Personal data provided during checkout is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, in compliance with the Spanish Organic Law on Data Protection (Ley Orgánica 3/2018, LOPDGDD).

Complaints and dispute resolution

Jurisdiction

This Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the legislation in Spain.
